Midwest Triple Crown Tournament

Nice job by Milwaukee MMA fighter, Matt Morin, on running this tournament. The numbers of participants was low, but the tournament was very organized.

Congrats to Big Eric, Drew, Duane and José. They all competed and did great.

Summer Fight Camp

This summer Adrian Serrano Combat Sports Gym with the help of WCS is going to hold a 7 session “fight camp” focusing on conditioning.

Here are the details:

Work on Fight Conditioning, Kick Boxing, Grappling, and Drills.

LOTS of live grappling, NO KB sparring, NO MMA sparring.

Great chance to train with different guys from other gyms.

What to bring: Water bottle, mouth guard, and groin cup. Hand wraps and bag gloves are also recommended.

$100 gets you into the whole program and a camp T-shirt.

Get a gym discount: Sign up 5 team members for the price of 4.

Program Dates:

June 7th and 21st, July 5th and 19th, August 2nd, 9th, and 23rd.

Must already be training at a known MMA/BJJ gym.

No beginners, we will call and check.
